In a tight contest, Petoskey prevailed against TDB 4 - 3 at Griffin Arena on Saturday. TDB scored one goal to take the lead in the first period. As the second period unfolded, Petoskey outscored TDB two to one and tied for the lead. The end of the second period saw both teams at two goals all. In the last period, Petoskey outscored TDB two to one and took the lead to claim the late win.

Petoskey's Skye Pieffer netted two goals for Petoskey. Mike Forton and Tanner Davis each added one goal for Petoskey.

Petoskey's Breanna Merriam made 23 saves to get the win.
