Plymouth out defends to come up with the shutout win

Shutting out the competition, Plymouth prevailed over Crestwood 8 - zero at Disc Arena on Saturday. Plymouth racked up seven goals to take the lead in the first period. Plymouth gained one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Crestwood were not able to answer back. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Plymouth conserved its lead, and was the winner.

Two goaltenders were used by Plymouth to get the win. Having a perfect day, Plymouth's Jarrod Maddock blocked two out of two shots on goal to gain the win. In the crease, Plymouth's Eric Vandenbosch had zero saves.

Plymouth added to their current win streak of three games and ended the game with a record of 22-5. Crestwood finished the game with a record of 4 wins and 2 losses.
