It is that time of year again and I am excited to be beginning our 15th MDHL Season. We have gone through some changes during these past 15 years but the primary goal of the MDHL has always been solid. To showcase to the hockey world how talented Michigan High School hockey players are. As the play-offs have ended and others are still moving along throughout the USHL, NAHL, NCAA and NHL Michigan High School / MDHL Alumni are still participating at all levels. You should all feel good about the impact you have had on developing these players. I am attaching an info sheet with an outline of the league and our 2015 schedule. We had a very successful year last year in league and tournament play. The league was heavily scouted in Plymouth during league play and in all of the showcases we participated in. Please forward this email to any of your players that might be interested in participating this year.
We will again have a team this year representing the Western Michigan area. They will hold tryouts on their own. Contact Jim Murray (coachjimmurray@gmail.com) for the West MI try out dates. Players are welcome to participate in either try out.
