How does a hockey player spend his offseason?

For most players, the summer months are a mix of relaxation and hard training in preparation for the upcoming season.

For Brighton’s Colin Bilek, his offseason routine is … well, a little bit different.

“We’ve been sleeping in the woods in the rain, hiking in mountains up and down, doing some training, shooting some guns,” Bilek said.
