We’ve got two of the biggest events of the MI-HS season coming up in consecutive weeks! First, the Chelsea Showcase which kicks off Thursday morning from the Arctic Coliseum. Then, top teams converge on the Kennedy Recreation Center for the MIHL Showcase a week later. Due to the magnitude of these two events, I think I’ll put the Starting Six on hold and really put an emphasis on the showcases, spotlighting top teams, players to watch and much more.

The Chelsea Showcase accounts for 44 games this weekend on two rinks over the course of four days. Pretty hard to narrow it down to just a select few, how could I possibly single out a couple premier games from the herd. I couldn’t, could I? A winner for every single game?? The price would have to be… right, right?
