Jeff VanBuhler rips two goals and Utica Eisenhower strong on D to get the shutout win

Shutting out their opponents, Utica Eisenhower handed a loss to St. Clair 9 - zip at Port Huron on Thursday. Utica Eisenhower scored four goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Utica Eisenhower gained five goals in the second period and held on to its lead. Utica Eisenhower's defense shut down St. Clair for the rest of the game. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Utica Eisenhower held on to its lead, and was the winner.

Utica Eisenhower's Jeff VanBuhler made two goals for Utica Eisenhower and also had one point. Utica Eisenhower's Ryan Jaros made two goals for Utica Eisenhower. Eric VanSlembrouck, Alex Schnieder, Frank Saputo, Marcus Leskiw, and Drew Lauer each tallied one goal for Utica Eisenhower.

Turning in a perfect performance, Utica Eisenhower's Austin McArdle blocked five out of five shots on goal to gain the win.

Utica Eisenhower now has a record of 10-1. St. Clair ended the game with a record of 0-3.
