Big Rapids Fails To Score Against Reeths-Puffer 4-0

Josh Smith leads the way with a goal as Reeths-Puffer puts the squeeze on shooters to win and allow no scoring from the other side, lifts winning streak to 12 games

Shutting out their opponents, Reeths-Puffer defeated Big Rapids 4 - 0 at Ferris State on Friday. Reeths-Puffer racked up three goals to take the lead in the first period. Reeths-Puffer added one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Big Rapids were not able to answer back. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Reeths-Puffer protected its lead, and was the winner.

Josh Smith, Kyle Kendra, Tom Munroe, and Brandon Young each contributed one goal for Reeths-Puffer.

Turning in a perfect performance, Reeths-Puffer's Aaron Andrews blocked 25 out of 25 shots on goal to earn the win.

Reeths-Puffer continued their current win streak of 11 games and now has a perfect record of 13-0. Big Rapids finished the game with a record of 0-7.
