In a close game, Hartland beat Howell 5 - 4 at Grand Oaks on Tuesday. Hartland and Howell both scored one goal to end the first period tied. Both teams scored two goals in the second period and remained tied. The end of the second period saw both teams at three goals a piece. In the third period, Hartland outscored Howell two to one and took the lead to claim the late win.

Howell's Chris Julian had only 24 saves on 29 shots on goal and got the loss.

Hartland added to their current win streak of three games and ended up with a record of 11-1. Howell finished the game with a record of 4-9.
