Michael Pelino slams two goals, Rochester United looks to the defense to win and allow no scoring from the other side on the road

Shutting out the competition, Rochester United overcame St. Clair Shores Unified 9 - zip at SCS Civic Arena on Wednesday. Rochester United tallied up four unanswered goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Rochester United added five goals in the second period and held on to its lead. St. Clair Shores Unified's fate was sealed. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Rochester United conserved its lead, and was the winner.

Rochester United's Michael Pelino made two goals for Rochester United and also had one point. Rochester United's Kevin Kurzeja got two goals for Rochester United and also had one helper. Drew Harm, Frank Scheff, Ryan Bradley, Jimmy Pittel, and Alex Shell each tallied one goal for Rochester United.

Having a perfect day, Rochester United's Brody Blair blocked six out of six shots on goal to take the win.

Rochester United added to their current win streak of three games and now has a record of 10-5. St. Clair Shores Unified finished the game with a record of 0 wins and 10 losses.
