In a close game, Brownstown Woodhaven prevailed against Ann Arbor Huron Metro 5 - 3 at Ann Arbor Ice Cube on Wednesday. Brownstown Woodhaven and Ann Arbor Huron Metro both scored one goal to end the first period tied. In the second period, Brownstown Woodhaven outscored Ann Arbor Huron Metro two to one and took the lead. In the last period, Brownstown Woodhaven scored two goal to Ann Arbor Huron Metro's 1 and kept the lead to win the game.

Mike Williams, Jake Hernandez, Adam Pettit, Trevor Kowalczyk, and Mike Perry each contributed one goal for Brownstown Woodhaven.

Brownstown Woodhaven's Steven Hurley finished with 20 saves to gain the win. Showing off a strong glove, Ann Arbor Huron Metro's Robert "Bobby" COULTER had only 48 saves on 53 shots on goal and got the loss.

Brownstown Woodhaven added to their current win streak of seven games and now has a record of 13-3. Ann Arbor Huron Metro ended the game with a record of 4-10.
