Zach Hill hits two goals and Traverse City St. Francis out defends to narrowly win

In a hard fought match up, Traverse City St. Francis beat Cheboygan 5 - 3 at Kalkaska Kaliseum on Wednesday. Cheboygan outscored Traverse City St. Francis two to one to jump in to the lead at the end of the first period. Traverse City St. Francis added one goal in the second period to tie the score. The end of the second period saw both teams at two goals each. In the final period, Traverse City St. Francis scored three goals to Cheboygan's 1 and took the lead to claim the late win.

Traverse City St. Francis's Zach Hill made two goals for Traverse City St. Francis and also had one assist. Zack Bargy, Tim Barber, and Nate Wilson each contributed one goal for Traverse City St. Francis.

Traverse City St. Francis's Jay Jones stopped 17 out of 20 shots to get the win.
