Drew Lauer leads the way with two goals and Utica Eisenhower out defends to go the distance and win

In overtime, Utica Eisenhower handed a loss to GR Forest Hills Central 2 - 1 at Patterson Ice Arena on Friday. Both teams were scoreless in the first period. GR Forest Hills Central took the lead in the second period with one consecutive goal. GR Forest Hills Central was ahead one to zero, but things would take a turn for the worse in the third period. Utica Eisenhower began their comeback with one goal in the third period to tie the score at one and force a decision in OT. In the overtime, Utica Eisenhower scored one unanswered goal nabbing the victory.

Turning in a good performance, Drew Lauer got two goals for Utica Eisenhower. Marcus Leskiw earned two assists. Stino Biondo earned two assists.

Having a huge impact in the game, Utica Eisenhower's Kenny Stralko had 30 saves on 31 shots to gain the win.

Utica Eisenhower added to their current win streak of four games and now has a record of 13 wins and 1 loss. GR Forest Hills Central ended the game with a record of 2-3.
