Novi Wildcats defeated Northville 4 - 1 at Novi on Saturday. Neither team managed to score in the first period. Novi Wildcats took the lead in the second period with three goals. Both teams scored one goal in the third period but Novi Wildcats kept the lead for the win.

In the second period, things got going when Novi Wildcats's Patrick Wojtylo got a goal with an assist from Ryan Baxter, with 17:37 left in the period. This sealed the victory for Novi Wildcats. Rolling on, Novi Wildcats's Brad Hofelich lit the lamp with 3:31 left in the period. Patrick Carney assisted on the goal, to move further ahead. Scoring again for Novi Wildcats, Mark Baker got the puck in the goal with assists from Luke Bageris and Brad Hofelich with 1:25 left on the clock, to go further ahead. In the third period, Novi Wildcats kept up the momentum when Bryan Fegert lit the lamp with an assist from Patrick Wojtylo, with 10:54 left in the period, to move further ahead.

Brad Hofelich made one goal for Novi Wildcats and also had one point. Patrick Wojtylo got one goal for Novi Wildcats and also had one helper. Mark Baker and Bryan Fegert each added one goal for Novi Wildcats. Baxter and Bageris each tallied one assist for Novi Wildcats.

Showing a super performance, Novi Wildcats's Patrick Carney stopped 22 shots to take the win.
