In a low scoring game, Hancock finished off Dearborn Divine Child Metro 1 - zero at Pullar Stadium on Friday. Neither team scored in the first period. The second period was also scoreless. Hancock broke the ice with one goal in the third period to finally win the game.

Despite having a standout day, Dearborn Divine Child Metro's Dominic Stankiewicz blocked 17 out of 18 shots on goal and got the loss.
