Grand Blanc Shuts Door On Goodrich 8-0

JACK CLARY golden with a hat trick and Grand Blanc makes forwards' life difficult to win and shut down the other side

In a shutout victory, Grand Blanc beat Goodrich 8 - zero at Perani Arena on Friday. Grand Blanc tallied up one goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. Grand Blanc gained five goals in the second period and held on to its lead. Goodrich were not able to answer back. In the final period Grand Blanc scored two goals sealing the deal and winning the game.

Displaying a great scoring touch, JACK CLARY made the hat trick with three goals. Grand Blanc's CLARY netted a shorthanded goal in the second period with an assist from LOGAN ROTHLEY. During the second period, CLARY put the biscuit into the net. LOGAN ROTHLEY assisted on this goal. During the third period, CLARY put the biscuit into the net. JASON STENQUIST got the assist on this goal. Grand Blanc's FOSTER GRAHN got two goals for Grand Blanc and also had one assist. Making it happen on the ice for Grand Blanc, GRAHN lit the lamp in the second period with assists from TIM HASSELBACH and TYLER SUTTON. Then GRAHN GRAHN put the puck in the net. TYLER SUTTON and GABE NEIL assisted on this goal. WYATT GRAHN, ZACH GRUNKEMEYER, and GRAHAM JACKETT each added one goal for Grand Blanc.

Racking up saves in the box, Grand Blanc's MITCH BEHM finished with 17 saves for the win.

Goodrich ended the game with a record of 0 wins and 4 losses.
