GRAHAM JACKETT slaps two goals, Grand Blanc looks to the defense to get the narrow win

FOSTER GRAHN netted the game winner with 12:32 left in the second period, as Grand Blanc beat Livonia Franklin 5 - 3 at Perani Arena on Saturday. Neither team managed to get the puck in the net in the first period. Grand Blanc took the lead in the second period with four straight goals. In the last period Livonia Franklin outscored their opponents however Grand Blanc kept its lead, and won the game.

Grand Blanc's GRAHAM JACKETT made two goals for Grand Blanc. During the second period, JACKETT netted a power play goal with assists from JASON STENQUIST and JACK CLARY. Grand Blanc's FOSTER GRAHN scored two goals for Grand Blanc. Grand Blanc's GRAHN put the biscuit over the goal line in the second period. TIM HASSELBACH got the assist on this goal. This was the nail in the coffin for Grand Blanc. During the second period, GRAHN put the puck in the net for a power play goal. LUKE DEVEREAUX got the assist on this goal. TIM HASSELBACH contributed one goal for Grand Blanc.

Having a standout day, Grand Blanc's MITCH BEHM turned away 36 shots to take the win.

Grand Blanc was 3-for-6 on power plays.

Grand Blanc ended up with a record of 11-5. Livonia Franklin ended the game with a record of 1-6.
