St. Clair Shores Unified Loses In Shutout To Lake Orion 5-0

Nolan Page fires two goals, Lake Orion out defends to win and shut down the other side

In a shutout victory, Lake Orion finished off St. Clair Shores Unified 5 - zip at The Onyx on Saturday. Lake Orion scored one goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. Lake Orion added two straight goals in the second period and held on to its lead. Lake Orion never looked back. In the final period Lake Orion scored two straight goals adding to their overall lead and winning the game.

Lake Orion's Nolan Page netted two goals for Lake Orion. Getting started, Page Page netted a goal with assists from Cory Stockwell and Kurt Latshaw. Continuing their roll, Page put the puck between the pipes for a power play goal in the third period. Drew Casey and Kurt Latshaw assisted on this goal. Connor Moesta, Ryan Szydlowski, and Jordan Stross each added one goal for Lake Orion.

Displaying a golden glove, Lake Orion's Logan Aldrich had 19 saves on 19 shots to gain the win.

Lake Orion ended their streak of two losing games and ended up with a record of 6 wins and 9 losses. St. Clair Shores Unified finished the game with a record of 0-15.
