Mitchell Parsons is key with a goal, Grandville clamps down to grab the win

In a low scoring game, Grandville won against Bay City Central 2 - 1 at Georgetown Ice Area on Saturday. Grandville racked up one unanswered goal to take the lead in the first period. Neither team scored in the second period so Grandville kept its lead. Both teams scored one goal in the third period but Grandville kept the lead for the win.

Mitchell Parsons and Matt Shultz each tallied one goal for Grandville. Brandon Rozema earned two assists. Segard, Cassell, and Weigle each tallied one assist for Grandville.

Having a standout day, Grandville's Sean Schmeiser had 30 saves on 31 shots to gain the win.

Grandville continued their current win streak of two games and now has a record of 12-6. Bay City Central finished the game with a record of 4-2.
