Waterford Mott handed a loss to Waterford Kettering 8 - 4 at Lakeland Arena on Saturday. Waterford Mott racked up five unanswered goals to take the lead in the first period. In the second, Waterford Kettering outscored their opponents by one goal however Waterford Mott kept its lead. Both teams scored two goals in the third period but Waterford Mott kept the lead for the win.

Displaying a great scoring touch, Austin Sereno made the hat trick with three goals. Waterford Mott's Chase Sereno made two goals for Waterford Mott. Todd Bonnivier, Max Vancil, and Ben Clemence each contributed one goal for Waterford Mott.
