Shutting out the competition, Mona Shores won against Midland Dow 3 - zero at Lakeshore Sports Centre on Saturday. Mona Shores chalked up three goals to jump in to the lead in the first period. Neither team scored in the second period so Mona Shores retained its lead. Midland Dow were not able to answer back. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Mona Shores conserved its lead, and was the winner.

Despite having a standout day, Midland Dow's Derek Striker had 30 saves on 33 shots to get the loss.

Mona Shores moves to a record of 7-0. Midland Dow ended the game with a record of 11-7.
