Ian Fagan shoots a hat trick while Canton Chiefs makes forwards' life difficult to shut down the other side

In a shutout game, Canton Chiefs beat Romeo 6 - zero at Chelsea arctic coliseum. on Wednesday. Canton Chiefs racked up one unanswered goal to take the lead in the first period. Canton Chiefs added one goal in the second period and held on to its lead. Canton Chiefs never looked back. In the final period Canton Chiefs scored four goals padding its lead and winning the game.

Displaying a great scoring touch, Ian Fagan got the hat trick with three goals as well as two helpers. Canton Chiefs's Fagan put the puck between the pipes in the second period. Mark Montante assisted on this goal. Canton Chiefs pierced the defense when Fagan scored a second goal in the third period with assists from Kurt Snow and Craig Allard. Piercing though the defense, Fagan Fagan scored an unassisted goal. Dillon Schlampp, Kurt Snow, and Brad Ceci each tallied one goal for Canton Chiefs.

In the crease, Canton Chiefs's Justin Kolbicz blocked no shots for the win. In goal, Romeo's A Goalie had just -6 saves and so suffered the loss.

Contributing to their win, Canton Chiefs was 1-for-1 on power plays.

Romeo ended the game with a record of 5 wins and 3 losses.
