GP University Liggett got the better of Farmington Hills United 6 - 2 at Kennedy Ice Arena on Saturday. Neither team managed to score in the first period. In the second period, the ice was finally broken when GP University Liggett outscored Farmington Hills United four to two and took the lead. The GP University Liggett defense took over in the final period. In the final period GP University Liggett scored two goals piling on and winning the game.

Farmington Hills United's Hunter Myers had just 35 saves on 41 shots and so suffered the loss.

Despite losing Farmington Hills United was 1-for-10 on power plays, while GP University Liggett went 0-for-0.

GP University Liggett continued their current win streak of two games and ended up with a record of 5-2. Farmington Hills United ended the game with a record of 11-8.
