Cadillac Beats West Ottawa 8-5

Tyler Thomas slams the hat trick while Cadillac scores four goals in the second, goes on to achieve victory

Cadillac got the better of West Ottawa 8 - 5 at Grand Rapids - Griffs on Friday. Cadillac and West Ottawa both scored one goal to end the first period tied. In the second, Cadillac outscored their opponents by two goals and took the lead. In the last period, Cadillac outscored West Ottawa three to two and kept the lead to win the game.

Turning in a great performance for Cadillac, Tyler Thomas netted the hat trick with three goals. Cadillac's Josh Beard got two goals for Cadillac. Patrick Briggs, Blake Ford, and Spencer Graham each added one goal for Cadillac.

Cadillac used two goalies in their win. Cadillac's Connor Kassuba finished with 12 saves to take the win. Cadillac's PJ Nemish stopped seven out of eight shots.

Cadillac ended their losing streak of two games and ended up with a record of 9-11. West Ottawa ended the game with a record of 0 wins and 4 losses.
