Kyle Kuhr golden with a hat trick as Temperance Bedford effective on defense to get a huge victory

In a blowout game, Temperance Bedford overcame Macomb Luthern North 10 - 3 at Toledo Ice House on Friday. Temperance Bedford outscored Macomb Luthern North four to one to take the lead at the end of the first period. In the second, Macomb Luthern North outscored their opponents however Temperance Bedford kept its lead. The Temperance Bedford defense took over in the final period. In the final period Temperance Bedford scored five straight goals padding its lead and winning the game.

Having an outstanding day for Temperance Bedford, Kyle Kuhr made the hat trick with five goals. Temperance Bedford's Kuhr lit the lamp without assistance for a power play goal in the first period. Pounding the defense, Kuhr scored another goal without any assistance in the third period. Temperance Bedford turned up the pressure when Kuhr put the puck in the net for a shorthanded goal in the third period with assists from Noah Szenderski and Jim Schulty. Temperance Bedford pierced the defense when Kuhr scored a fourth goal in the third period. Jonathan Rokicki assisted on this goal. Temperance Bedford found more success on the ice when Kuhr netted another goal in the third period with an assist from Jacob Ansara. Noah Szenderski, Jacob Ansara, Jim Schulty, Weston Swick, and Graham Goupille each tallied one goal for Temperance Bedford.

Two goalies were used by Temperance Bedford to get the win. Temperance Bedford's Austin Grycza stopped 10 shots. Temperance Bedford's Adam Glick stopped nine shots to earn the win.

Temperance Bedford ended the game with a record of 8 wins and 16 losses. Macomb Luthern North finished the game with a record of 0-4.
