West Ottawa Comes Up Short Against Grandville 4-3

Mitchell Parsons shoots a goal and Grandville puts the squeeze on shooters to narrowly win on the road

In a hard fought match up, Grandville won against West Ottawa 4 - 3 at Lakeshore Muskegon on Saturday. West Ottawa outscored Grandville two to one to take the lead at the end of the first period. Grandville tied the score in the second period with one goal. The second period ended with both teams at two goals all. In the last period, Grandville outscored their opponents by one goal and took the lead to claim the late win.

Mitchell Parsons, Matt Shultz, Ryan Fischer, and Evan Sitar each tallied one goal for Grandville.

Grandville's Efe Furkan Atli made 15 saves to earn the win.

West Ottawa ended the game with a record of 0-5.
