Ann Arbor Skyline Prevails Over Carleton Airport 4-1

Blake Hill golden with two goals and Ann Arbor Skyline shuts down shooters to get the victory

Ann Arbor Skyline beat Carleton Airport 4 - 1 at Southgate Ice Arena on Tuesday. Ann Arbor Skyline chalked up one unanswered goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. In the middle period, Ann Arbor Skyline outscored their opponents by one goal and kept the lead. The Ann Arbor Skyline defense took over in the final period. In the final period Ann Arbor Skyline scored one goal cementing the lead and winning the game.

In the first period, Ann Arbor Skyline's Dillon Baker netted a goal with assists from Jeremy Bourque and Sam Stevens with 14:19 left on the clock for Ann Arbor Skyline. In the second period, next, Blake Hill put the biscuit over the goal line with an assist from Yishai Ribon with 14:12 left on the clock, pulling further ahead. Adding another score for Ann Arbor Skyline, Blake Hill lit the lamp with 7:17 left on the clock. Randy Strassburg and Yishai Ribon assisted on the goal, to go further ahead. Carleton Airport got things going when Ryan Feroni put the biscuit over the goal line with an assist from Mitchel Holt, with 6:15 left in the period. In the third period, Ann Arbor Skyline put points on the board with their game when Josh Bourque got the puck past goalie Michael Vella with 14:44 left in the period. Jeremy Bourque and David Cui assisted on the goal, to pull further ahead.

Displaying offensive skills, Blake Hill scored two goals for Ann Arbor Skyline. Josh Bourque and Dillon Baker each tallied one goal for Ann Arbor Skyline. Yishai Ribon made two points. Jeremy Bourque made two assists. Cui, Stevens, and Strassburg each tallied one assist for Ann Arbor Skyline.

Ryan Feroni added one goal for Carleton Airport.

Showing off a strong glove, Ann Arbor Skyline's Ethan Hiltner turned away 22 shots to take the win. Carleton Airport's Michael Vella turned away 28 shots to suffer the loss.
