Salem defeated Walled Lake Northern 7 - 3 on Wednesday. Salem outscored Walled Lake Northern three to one to take the lead at the end of the first period. Salem gained one unanswered goal in the second period and held on to its lead. In the last period, Salem outscored Walled Lake Northern three to two and kept the lead to win the game.

Salem's Jake Sealy made two goals for Salem and also had one assist. Jack Driscoll, Jason Newel, Noah Willer, Kory Johnston, and Steven Homrich each tallied one goal for Salem.

Salem's Parker Godfrey stopped 15 shots to get the win.

Salem added to their current win streak of 11 games and ended the game with a record of 18-6. Walled Lake Northern finished the game with a record of 5-10.
