Jacob Dobberstein impresses with two goals as Chelsea clamps down to shut down the other side

In a shutout victory, Chelsea triumphed over Ann Arbor Skyline 5 - zip at Arctic Coliseum on Saturday. Chelsea racked up one goal to jump in to the lead in the first period. Chelsea gained two goals in the second period and held on to its lead. The Chelsea defense took over in the final period. In the final period Chelsea scored two goals padding its lead and winning the game.

Chelsea's Jacob Dobberstein netted two goals for Chelsea and also had one helper. Things got going when Chelsea's Dobberstein scored a goal in the second period. Taylor Atchley and Mack Sullivan assisted on this goal. During the third period, Dobberstein put the puck between the pipes. Taylor Atchley and Joey Olmsted got the assists on this goal. Alec Daman, Connor Carry, and Brody Layher each tallied one goal for Chelsea.

Chelsea used two goalies in their win. Displaying a golden glove, Chelsea's Derek Schaedig had seven saves. Having a huge impact in the game, Chelsea's Charlie Miller finished with two saves to earn the win. Showing off a strong glove, Ann Arbor Skyline's Ethan Hiltner had only 46 saves on 51 shots on goal and got the loss.

Contributing to their win, Chelsea went 1-for-5 on power plays.

Chelsea continued their current win streak of two games and ended the game with a record of 18 wins and 7 losses. Ann Arbor Skyline finished the game with a record of 12-16.
