In a close game, Grandville finished off Portage Northern 4 - 3 at Georgetown Ice Arena on Saturday. Grandville and Portage Northern both scored one goal to end the first period tied. Portage Northern gained one goal in the second period to break the tie and take the lead. Portage Northern was on top two to one, but wouldn't last. In the last period, Grandville outscored their opponents by two goals and took away the lead to snatch the win.

Isaac Lippert, Ryan Fischer, Evan Sitar, and Brandon Rozema each contributed one goal for Grandville.

Grandville's Sean Schmeiser stopped 24 shots to gain the win.

Grandville added to their current win streak of two games and ended the game with a record of 16-7. Portage Northern ended the game with a record of 0-2.
