West Bloomfield won against Waterford Mott 7 - 2 at Lakeland Ice Arena on Wednesday. West Bloomfield outscored Waterford Mott four to two to jump in to the lead at the end of the first period. West Bloomfield added three goals in the second period and held on to its lead. Waterford Mott's fate was sealed. With both teams scoreless in the third period, West Bloomfield conserved its lead, and was the winner.

Having a huge impact in the game for West Bloomfield, Cody Jones made the hat trick with three goals. Anton Marinelli, Evan Root, Nick Harris, and Sean Wigler each tallied one goal for West Bloomfield.

West Bloomfield's Luke Andrews stopped 18 out of 20 shots to gain the win. Waterford Mott's Billy Racz had only 22 saves on 29 shots on goal and got the loss.
