Both defenses were solid, but Grandville triumphed over Jenison 2 - 1 at Georgetown Arena on Wednesday. Neither team managed to get the puck in the net in the first period. Jenison gained one goal in the second period to break the tie and take the lead. Jenison was ahead one to zero, and things appeared to be going well. Grandville engineered a comeback in the third period with two consecutive goals, winning in the end.

Mitchell Parsons and Max Houtman each tallied one goal for Grandville. Weigle added one assist for Grandville.

Racking up saves in the box, Grandville's Sean Schmeiser had 30 saves on 31 shots to get the win.

Grandville added to their current win streak of four games and ended up with a record of 18 wins and 7 losses.
