The PC Mustangs scored first and led for most of the first and second periods, but Forest Hills was able to score 3 goals in the third period to win 4-1.  FHNE's Chase Lebster scored 4 points in the win.
 

The lone Mustang goal was scored by Derek Hesse who collected the rebound from a Davin Renda shot and fired it past the goaltender.  The Mustang defense and goalie Alex Hufford held FHNE scoreless for the first 33 minutes of the game. Hufford would finish with 49 saves on 53 shots.

This was the final high school hockey game for five Mustang seniors: Davin Renda, Alex Hufford, Jack Sproule, Connor Koryto and Derek Hesse.
