And just like that, the field is down to 24 teams.
Over the past few days, the 2022 Michigan High School Athletic Association Boys’ Ice Hockey Tournament reached the conclusion of regionals, with teams across the state securing their spot in the state quarterfinals.
The teams left standing are now one game away from a trip to Plymouth’s USA Hockey Arena for the final four of their respective divisions.
The Michigan High School hockey community congratulates all the teams that captured Regional Championships, and salute all of the teams that have competed in this year’s state tournament.
