BLOOMFIELD HILLS – Call it a period of adjustment. That’s something the Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood hockey team has become all too familiar with this season.

The Cranes had to do that once again on Friday night, after enduring perhaps their biggest loss of the season when junior forward Austin Alger left the game with what appeared to be a season-ending broken collarbone.
